Find your ideal calendar. Whether it’s a digital day timer or classic paper calendar pinned to the wall, a calendar is a great way to help keep organized. But not every type works for everyone. This can jog everyone’s memory and avoid unwanted surprises or stress. For children who can’t yet read, stickers are a great way to help them learn about the importance of schedules at a young age.

Get booked. When it comes to to-dos like trips to the dentist, health-care appointments and vaccination appointments, it’s often easiest to stay ahead of the game by booking the next appointment while at the current one. According to the Public Health Agency of Canada, getting routine vaccines at the recommended times is the best way to help protect children from serious but preventable diseases.
